Permanent Eyeliners
With permanent eyeliner, you will have defined eyes, always, no matter the time of day or night. Eyeliners highlight and enhance your eyes’ shape, making them appear a little bigger, bolder, and even sexier. The upper lid can elongate or give a fuller shape to your eyes. The lower lid will accentuate your eye color and depth.
The Process
The process starts by getting to know you and the look that you desire, whether it is a subtle contour or a more dramatic look. Master JessQ will draw on the eyeliner by hand and work with you on the shape, thickness, length, and color that you desire to simulate how it will look when done. Numbing cream is applied to minimize discomfort and allowed to set for 20 minutes.
Treatment starts when eyeliner pigment is infused into the top layer of your skin (epidermis) using a small hand-held digital pen. All items that touch the skin are sterile, disposable, single-use, and are discarded after the treatment, which lasts approximately 2 hours and takes about 1 week to heal. Peeling of the eyeliner color and fading of the treatment area may appear, but no worries, it is a natural and part of the treatment process. Aftercare guidance will be provided.
Eyeliner will typically last 1 to 3 years, which is ideal because it allows you to change as your facial features evolve, and as eyeliner trends may move to a new style.

Service fees are for clients who have not gotten service done at another place before. Any pre-existing permanent makeup done elsewhere must be evaluated first to see if service here could be offered to you. The reason is that there are many terrible botched jobs done elsewhere that we could be of little help to you.
