Prices are non-negotiable and are subject to change. 1-month touch-up is optional and must be booked and done within 7 weeks from the original service date. 1-year touch-up pricing must be done within 15 months from the original service date. All touch-up pricings are for returning clients only. All services are non-refundable.
Service fees are for clients who have not gotten service done at another place before. Any pre-existing permanent makeup done elsewhere must be evaluated first. The reason is that there are many terrible botched jobs done elsewhere that we could be of little help to you. Please text a photo of your eyebrows to 848-667-6433 for assessment.
Policy
CONSULTATION
Consultation appointment is free! I’d love to hear from you, about your expectations, desires, and exactly what you are looking for. We will discuss the service, process, color, shape, and any questions or concerns you may have. It’s in my nature to tell what’s needed for a well-shaped, natural-looking result. I will work with you to deliver the splendid result that you desire. The appointment is approximately 30 minutes.
DEPOSIT FOR APPOINTMENT
Appointment for treatment requires a $75 non-refundable deposit to reserve your booking slot and is applied towards the cost of your service. The purpose of a non-refundable deposit is so that all clients respect their appointment.
RE-SCHEDULE / CANCELLATION / LATENESS
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to be late, to reschedule, or to cancel your service. Please understand that such changes affect not only the practitioner but other clients as well.
If you must re-schedule your appointment, 24-hour advance notice is required to keep your deposit.
We apologize for the no-cancellation policy because your cancellation would impact other clients.
If you do not show up to your appointment, your deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required to secure a new appointment.
In the event you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment without prior notice, it is considered a “no-show.” Your deposit is forfeited, and current/future services to you could be refused. Re-scheduling will be up to the practitioner. The reason is to avoid unfair delays to clients with appointments after you and to protect the practitioner from clients who are not serious about their appointments.
TOUCH UP
Touch-up pricing shown is for returning clients only. 1-month touch-up pricing of $55 ($95 for lips) is optional and must be booked and done within 7 weeks from the original service date (beyond 7 weeks will be refused). Note that a 1-month touch-up service is unrelated to the original service fee.
1-year touch-up pricing must be done within 15 months from the original service date (beyond this due time will revert to the original service fee).
PRICING
All services are non-refundable and non-negotiable, regardless of result satisfaction (see below for more on satisfaction).
Service fees are for clients who have not gotten service done at another place before. Any pre-existing permanent makeup done elsewhere must be evaluated first to see if service here could be offered to you. The reason is that there are many terrible botched jobs done elsewhere that could be of little help to you.
SATISFACTION
Satisfaction is the #1 PRIORITY! However, service of the procedure result is not guaranteed due to the subjective nature of the procedure performed, as well as the associated risks. All procedures are done with the client’s informed consent.
CLIENT’S ACCOMPANYING GUESTS
We love all guests (kids, babies, friends, and family members), but due to safety concerns, we cannot have them in the facility, especially the treatment room. They can be in the waiting area, outside the building.
